Julie's book 'The Natural Way' brings Julie's twenty years of dog training and trialing experience to the reader with positive encouragement and numerous anecdotes.

The 1996 Supreme International Champion tells of her life from non farming beginnings up to her historic 1996 victory, and describes her training method 'The Natural Way' in detail.

Julie is well known all over the world, having judged and given clinics in Europe and the USA.

Her training method involves harnessing and guiding the natural abilities and instincts of the dog. Explaining pressure/release technique through body language that develops a mutual communication and understanding with your dog.  Promoting the dog's correct responses in a positive way, that builds a solid foundation that without would crumble, leaving behind confusion and ultimately behavioral problems.

Because of her background, she is able to help the many of us, who do not come from generations of stock farmers.
